Orders & Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. I accept cancellations as long as your order has not yet been shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and will be subject to my Return & Refund Policy.

Shipping

Do you offer tracked shipping?

Tracked shipping is available on most orders and is recommended for additional security and peace of mind.

What happens if my untracked order is lost?

Untracked shipments are sent at the buyer’s risk. Once an order has been dispatched, I cannot track its location or investigate delivery issues. Lost untracked orders are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

What happens if my tracked order is lost?

Tracked shipping allows the parcel to be monitored during transit. If a tracked parcel is confirmed lost, I will work with you to determine the appropriate next steps based on the carrier’s policies.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Shipping estimates are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed.

Are you responsible for shipping delays?

No. I am not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, weather conditions, strikes, or other circumstances beyond my control.

Are you responsible for damage during shipping?

I package all orders carefully before shipment. However, I am not responsible for damage that occurs during transit after the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.


Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns?

Yes. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

What condition must returned items be in?

Returned items must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unused and undamaged
  • Returned in their original packaging

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused.

Who pays for return shipping?

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

What if my return package is lost?

I strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns. If a return package is lost during transit, no refund will be issued.

Will I receive a full refund?

Refunds cover the purchase price of the item only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected. Once approved, the refund will be sent to your original payment method.


Products

Are your items handmade?

Some of them are, please read the description. Handmade items are created individually and may have slight variations. This is part of what makes every item unique.

Will my item look exactly like the photos?

No two handmade pieces are exactly identical. While I aim to represent products as accurately as possible, small differences in shape, texture, or details may occur.


Colors & Display

Are colors accurate to what I see on screen?

I do my best to photograph items accurately, but colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting, and device displays. Slight differences between the photos and the physical item are normal and not considered defects.
