Processing Times
I process and ship orders within the timeframe stated on each product listing. Processing times may vary during busy periods, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Methods
I offer both tracked and untracked shipping options where available.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. I am not responsible for delays, delivery issues, or lost parcels resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Lost Shipments
Untracked Shipping
If you choose an untracked shipping method, you do so at your own risk.
Once an order has been dispatched, I am unable to track its location or investigate delivery issues. Orders shipped using an untracked service are not eligible for refunds or replacements if lost in transit.
Tracked Shipping
I strongly recommend selecting a tracked shipping service at checkout.
Tracked shipping allows the shipment to be monitored and provides proof of delivery. If a tracked parcel is confirmed lost in transit, you may be eligible to make a claim through the shipping carrier, depending on the carrier’s policies.
Damaged Parcels
I take great care in packaging orders securely before shipment. However, I am not responsible for damage that occurs during transit once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim where applicable.
Shipping Delays
Delivery estimates are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed. I am not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, weather conditions, strikes, or other circumstances beyond my control.
Order Cancellations
I accept order cancellations only before an order has been shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and will instead be subject to my Return & Refund Policy.
